Media release templates provide you with an easy way to gain local media exposure. They educate consumers on the basic facts of eye health, the optometrist's role and promote your practice. The templates cover topical issues such as general eye conditions, awareness days and campaigns.

Use our step-by-step instructions to personalise and send media releases to your local media outlets.

*Please note where releases may be 'embargoed' until a specific date, this should be notified to media to make certain they DO NOT publish until the date of the specified embargo. In such cases, for short-lead publications it is best to send the release in the few days leading up to the embargo date.
