Health Insurance Consultants Australia (HICA) provides optometrists and their patients with a no-cost, obligation-free health insurance assessment. HICA refers only to health funds that pay the same rebate whichever practice the patient chooses to attend - great for optometrists to ensure patients get the right advice.
